At the Nutrition Book Club, we're not just a book club; we're a community of nutrition coaches dedicated to personal and professional growth. We understand that while most coaches have a growth-oriented mindset, the demands of daily life can sometimes hinder consistent reading and self-improvement.

Our founders are not just nutrition enthusiasts but also active gym owners and experienced nutrition coaches. We work hands-on with clients daily, and we're committed to continually honing our skills and knowledge. What We Offer

1. Reading and Discussion

  • Bi-weekly Reading Sessions: Every 8 weeks, we dive into a new nutrition book. Over the course of 2 weeks, you'll read and digest the pages. Then, we meet via Google Meets for a 1-hour discussion every other Thursday @ 1p EST to share insights, explore key takeaways, and engage in thought-provoking discussions.

  • Diverse Book Selection: We embrace diversity in nutrition philosophies. From paleo and keto to vegan and carnivore, we explore them all. We believe that a well-rounded nutrition coach should have exposure to various approaches, allowing you to better serve your clients.

2. Syllabus and Reflection

  • Guided Learning: We provide you with a syllabus for each book, offering structure and guidance throughout your reading journey.

  • Reflect and Grow: We equip you with thought-provoking questions every 2 weeks to help you reflect on what you've read and apply those insights to your coaching practice.

3. Community and Accountability

  • Nutrition Community: Connect with like-minded nutrition coaches who share your passion for continuous learning. Our open discussion forum allows you to engage with fellow members, share ideas, and ask questions.

  • Accountability: We understand the importance of consistency in learning. The club provides you with the accountability you need to read regularly, expand your knowledge, and develop as a coach.

Trev's responsibility to you as a nutrition coach is not to dictate how you feel about any specific nutrition style. His role is to help hold you accountable to following through with getting your reading done as well as stimulate conversation about how you can take certain information from the book and utilize it with nutrition clients.
